The EFAC Executive Committee is elected from among the constituents of the international Council. Currently, it has five members.
The Rt Rev Stephen Hale
Chairman of the Executive Committee is Chair of EFAC Australia. Stephen is currently Lead Minister of the St Hilary’s Network and was previously the Bishop of the Eastern Region in the Diocese of Melbourne. He is passionate about church growth and reaching out to those outside the church community. Stephen is married to Karen and has two adult children, James and Kate.
The Rt Rev Henry Okeke
leads EFAC-Nigeria, is bishop of the diocese of Mbamili in Southeast Nigeria, and is the GAFCON Deputy General Secretary for West Africa. Henry is an expert on evangelism and church planting and is passionate about the need for Christian leaders to place a high value on integrity. Despite a scarcity of funds, food, and healthcare, no matter what they are facing (even floods), the integrity of the church, family, diocese and person is vital. Henry is married to Julie, and they are blessed with four lovely children: Shalom, Gloria, Dorcas & Victoria.
The Rev Vijay Kumar
is from North India. He is Presbyter in Charge under Rt Rev Samantaroy at Christ Church Cathedral in the diocese of Amritsar. Vijay is committed to spiritual renewal, education, human rights, and peace building, as he works in a society, which includes Buddhists, Muslims, Sikhs, and Hindus and where Christians are a small minority.
The Rt Rev Seth Ndayirukiye
is from Burundi. He is the bishop of the diocese of Matana, and is called to preach the word of God, witness to His power, and pray for His disciples. Seth is Chair of the Evangelism and Chaplaincy Commission in the House of Bishops, Vice-Chair of Burundi Bible Society Council, and former member of ECGI-Evangelism and Church Growth Initiative/Anglican Witness of the Anglican Communion. He is married to Reverend Yvette and has four boys and a seven-year-old daughter, Didia.
Stephen Hofmeyr Q.C
is a barrister, arbitrator and part-time judge based in England specialising in international commercial law. He is a member of the General Synod of the Church of England, secretary of the Church of England Evangelical Council, a representative of CEEC on the EFAC Council and an EFAC Trustee. He is married to Audrey and has triplets. He has a particular interest in equipping Christians to be effective evangelists.
The Rt. Rev’d Keith Sinclair
is the Chair of the EFAC Board of Trustees. He is currently Bishop of Birkenhead in England, having previously served as a vicar in Coventry and Aston in Birmingham and as a solicitor in Birmingham before ordination. Keith is passionate about evangelism, justice, and renewal, which is fully in keeping with the goals of EFAC. He is married to Rosie and has three children.

The Rt Rev Henry Scriven
Bishop Henry Scriven is married to Catherine and they have two married children.
Ordained in 1975, after parish ministry in England, and a mission partner in Argentina and Spain, he served as Suffragan Bishop in Europe and Assistant Bishop in the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh. He served as Latin America Mission Director for the Church Mission Society and formerly served on the boards of SAMS USA, SOMA USA, Anglican for Life, New Wineskins, ICS, Overseas Bishoprics Fund, South Atlantic Council, CMS Latin America Forum, CMJ.
The EFAC international Council, ideally, consists of two delegates from each existing EFAC chapter, but also includes non-voting representatives from EFAC chapters in formation.

The Rev Dr. Peter Walker
serves EFAC as Director of the Theological Resource Network. He is also actively involved in developing the Anglican School for Leadership Formation (ASLF). As a former professor at Trinity School for Ministry, a lecturer at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford, and a prolific author, Peter has a passion for accurate Biblical teaching. With two doctorates (in Biblical and Patristics Studies), he is more than qualified to lead the EFAC initiatives, especially because, in Peter’s words, he has “a profound sense of call to be a teacher who would prepare others for ordained ministry.” Peter is married to Georgie and has two children.
is the EFAC Director of Publishing. Bringing over 25 years of experience to the table, much of it in international publishing with OMF International, IFES and the Lausanne Movement, Julia works to provide good theological resources to EFACters around the world.
