The Revd Dr John Stott, the founder of EFAC, was born on 27th April 1921. On the 100th anniversary of his birth EFAC is holding a service at John Stott’s church, All Souls, Langham Place, London, 11.00 – 13.00 (GMT+1). Due to COVID-19 restrictions places in the church are limited, but we hope many people will sign up from around the world.

Eventbrite will send you the live link in time for the service itself.
The speakers will include Dr Chris Wright (Langham Partnership), Dr Ajith Fernando (Sri Lanka Youth for Christ) and Dr Ruth Padilla De Borst (Costa Rica). Other contributions will come from many of the different organisations with which John Stott was closely connected: Jo Swinney and Peter Harris (A Rocha), Bishop Alfred Olwa (Langham scholar), Dave Benson (LICC), Eidi Cruz Valdivieso (Armonia, Mexico), Dr Femi Adeleye (IFES and Langham Africa), Bishop Rennis Ponniah (Singapore), Vaughan Roberts (St Ebbe’s, Oxford), Archbishop Foley Beach (ACNA and GAFCON), Bishop David Evans (former EFAC Gen Sec), Bishop Keith Sinclair (Chair of EFAC Trustees), Bishop Stephen Hale (Chair of EFAC Exec Committee) and Charlie Skrine (Rector of All Souls). We are planning that all this will fit into the two hours without forgetting to worship and pray together!
